FSFA 2015 Annual Convention Vendor Registration

Base fee:
  • This registration is for Member Vendors who wish participate in the trade fair. You may register additional representatives for their name badges as well as add up to three additional tables. Meal tickets are sold separately and may be added here as well.
  • This registration is for Non-Member Vendors who wish participate in the trade fair. You may register additional representatives for their name badges as well as add up to three additional tables. Meal tickets are sold separately and may be added here as well.

We have made a significant change this year for our vendors.


In order to encourage more shopping we have increased the down time by eliminating a structured lunch and have placed tables for people to eat  their meals in the trade fair or to use as a resting spot.


Also, we are giving away a shopping spree. For every $10.00 spent in the trade fair buyers will receive a ticket, we will draw from those tickets to find a winner. The winner(S) will have 15 minutes to shop the trade fair to spend the allotted amount of money.


The amount of money the winner(s) will have to spend will be determined by the number of trade fair tables sold. FSFA will pay for the winners(') shopping spree purchases at close of convention directly to the vendors that sold the product to the winners. The minimum amount of the shopping spree will be $500.00.



All trade fair vendors will have the opportunity to receive a 25% discount on any ad placed in the convention program. See pre discount ad sizes and rates listed under " FSFA Convention Advertising " on the "Events" page at www.floridastatefloristsassociation.com
