Under valued orders, how do you handle the problem?

    Many internet order gatherers in an attempt to capture sales and customers intentionally under price the designs shown on their web pages. They then send these orders to we the florist to have them filled discounted even further. Do you fill the orders if so, why? If not, Why not? How do you handle the situation at your Shop?

    Hi Len,
    We take orders from OGer's only if they are full price paid with credit card. Our minimum order is $60 including delivery. That usually solves the problem of underpriced orders. Basically it is the only fair way we could figure out so that they are treated just like any other customer calling in. 
    We are wire service free and do give florist to florist discounts but all OGer's get that MO. and credit card only
