FSFA International Annual Convention
It can be hand tied, cascade, or made in a holder.....you are free to design whatever you want as long as it is a Bridal Bouquet. You must use fresh flowers and your design must be "OVER THE TOP".
Bouquets may be checked in at the Registration Desk
in the Convention Lobby
