William "Bill" Bobulinski Education Scholarship Fund

To honor Bill Bobulinski, the Florida State Florists' Association has established the Bill Bobulinski Education Scholarship Fund. Funds will be used to award a Scholarship to a FSFA Member so they may further their education in the floral industry. Bill embraced floral education and was a mentor to many within the FSFA. Bill was a longtime Member, Board Member, Treasurer and Advocate of FSFA.
